The business is currently operated remotely from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the UAE’s Remote Work Visa program.(We are not yet a locally licensed or commercial entity in the UAE.)

Dynamic Web Lab does not maintain a licensed business entity in the UAE, and all services are delivered through our legally registered company in Bangladesh.

Payments and Financial Transactions

All invoicing and contracts are issued through our legally registered business in Bangladesh, and revenue is declared accordingly under Bangladeshi business regulations. All fees are billed in USD or local equivalent, and subject to the terms agreed in each project contract or plugin license policy.

No payment processing is conducted through a licensed UAE commercial entity.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect or process children’s data.

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where the company is registered.

All legal matters shall be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
