1. Introduction

Welcome to Dynamic Web Lab.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with Dynamic Web Lab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Company Information

Dynamic Web Lab is a digital services company legally registered in Bangladesh and operating internationally. The business is managed remotely by its founder, who currently resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under the UAE Remote Work Visa program.

While we actively provide services to clients in the USA, UAE, and globally, we do not currently maintain a licensed company in the UAE. All contractual and financial obligations are managed through our Bangladesh-based entity.

We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and compliance with international business norms.

3. Services Provided

Dynamic Web Lab offers the following services:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
  • E-commerce development
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • Branding, UI/UX design consulting
  • AI-powered website enhancements

All services are governed by individual project agreements, proposals, or contracts, which may include timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely project details, content, and feedback
  • Respond promptly to approval requests or technical questions
  • Ensure that any provided materials (e.g., images, text, video) are legally owned or properly licensed
  • Make payments according to the terms outlined in project invoices or agreements

Delays in response or incomplete materials may impact project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each proposal or invoice and may include:

  • 30–50% upfront deposit prior to project commencement
  • Remaining balance due on completion or milestone delivery
  • Suspension of service for overdue payments
  • Late fees for delayed invoices (as applicable)

Accepted payment methods:

Bank transfer, PayPal (UAE-linked account), Stripe, or other methods stated in individual agreements.

All services are invoiced under our Bangladesh-registered entity.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to all final deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.

Dynamic Web Lab retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional content unless a client specifically requests a non-disclosure in writing prior to publication.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or non-public information shared during a project.

We will not disclose or share your confidential information with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide services with care and professionalism, Dynamic Web Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
  • Delays or failures caused by factors outside our control (e.g., hosting outages, third-party software)

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
  • Any licenses or deliverables may be withheld if payment is incomplete

10. Governing Law

These Terms and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Future client engagements originating from the UAE will be subject to UAE laws and regulations as applicable, particularly when formal UAE registration is established.

11. Amendments

Dynamic Web Lab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

You will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication.

Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
